About Us:
Route 7 Review, established in 2013 and published annually by Utah Tech University, is an online literary arts journal that has been in circulation for more than a decade. The journal welcomes submissions of poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, visual art, and book reviews from writers and artists residing anywhere in the world.

​We are a diverse group of Utah Tech University students and their advisor, Dr. Cindy King. Our combined experiences and drive for creative works of all kinds make us the perfect team to compile this online literary arts journal and give back to our Saint George community.

Kylie Webster
Social Media and Book Review Co-Editor
Kylie Webster is a junior at Utah Tech University working towards a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Professional and Technical Writing. After graduating, she plans to start a career in 911 dispatch. Outside of school, she enjoys photography, reading, and camping.
Rachel Stokes
Creative Nonfiction Editor and Visual Arts Co-Editor
Rachel Stokes is a senior at Utah Tech University majoring in English with an emphasis of Creative Writing. She aims to use her publication experience in her graduate studies abroad, with the hopes of also pursuing a research career in ancient cultures. When she isn't working she likes to sketch, read, game, and spend time with her senior cat.
Priscilla Sommer
Poetry Co-Editor and CNF Reader
Priscilla is a student at Utah Tech and will receive bachelors in English with an emphasis in creative writing in 2027. When Priscilla's not cramming for a her next test or staying up late for a project, you can find her writing, taking a short road trip or hiking Zion.
Michael-Anne Johnson
Visual Arts Editor and Poetry Co-Editor
Michael-Anne Johnson is a senior at Utah Tech University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in English and minoring in Art History. When she isn’t re-watching 90s TV shows, Michael-Anne enjoys writing, listening to music at a concerning volume, and drinking more coffee than she probably should. Her work has been published by The Southern Quill and Long River Review.
Kai Nakasone
Social Media Editor and Fiction Co-Editor
Kai Nakasone is a freshman at Utah Tech University pursuing a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Professional and Technical Writing as well as a minor in Political Science. After graduation, he plans to return to his hometown of Las Vegas and pursue a career in Law. Outside of school, Kai enjoys reading, watching TV, and playing games.
Louraina Minor

Louraina Minor is a senior at Utah Tech University majoring in English Education with a Creative Writing minor. After graduation, she plans to teach high school English. She has a passion for creative writing, playing video games, and photography.
Nicole Rogers
Fiction Editor and Poetry Co-Editor
Nicole Rogers is a senior at Utah Tech University where she is pursuing a degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. She has a strong passion for fantasy, story-telling and character design and is currently working on a book series that will soon be published. She believes fantasy is important for the mind and that nothing can ever replace the creativity of humans.
Milo Bayly
Poetry Editor and CNF Reader
Milo Bayly is a senior at Utah Tech University majoring in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and a minor in Psychology. She has had a passion for fiction writing from a young age and loves to experiment with writing in other genres. In her spare time outside of writing, she likes to draw, animate, play video games, and collect strange jewelry.
Tenna Noyes
Web Designer and Managing Editor
Tenna L. Noyes is a junior at Utah Tech University pursuing a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Technical and Professional Writing. She holds an associate's degree in Computer Science and certifications in Google UX Design. Her work has appeared in three publications, including the award winning short story ‘Hell Box’ in the ‘WEEDS Literary Journal'. Beyond the classroom, Tenna enjoys hiking with her rescue dog Joey, drawing, and working on her novel.
