North of Banff Park

Standing alone in the dark

I climbed a mountain high

In search of my manhood

But it was not there

(It) wasn't in that dare

Searching the heavens for my star

I do believe that I have fallen so far away

Yet I am rising

Like the Phoenix

Like a ghost of a whisper

In my ear

Sailing out at sea

Sleeping with the breeze

I dreamed of an angel

Coming after me

(And) it sees the inside of my outside

And it weeps for me

Maybe this is the secret of living in fear of living at all.
